Faulty Parts or Workmanship Guarantee All Ecoflow products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against faulty parts or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. This guarantee is extended to 10 years in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow. Satisfaction Guarantee If you order products and on receipt are not satisfied, you can return them unused within 7 days for a full refund. If within 90 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with their performance then simply return them, together with proof of purchase for a refund (purchase price less 15% to cover handling) In the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow, a full refund will be given. TianTian and Nutriflow being consumables do not carry the above guarantees.
